Memes Note: I usually have him a little more upfront about being a demon/much older in memes, since a lot of characters might pick up on it anyway, and as such he will sometimes remark due to that age.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure! But he can block his mind against it.
Warnings:
Not much to warn about with Kurama, since he generally acts as the nice guy, however I feel these things should be noted:
- Kurama can be a troll - When not in school, or around his family, he has a very odd sense of humor that often takes to near trolling; it's worse if he knows you and likes you
- Kurama is half demon - As such, he may not flinch at certain things that a normal person might. He also has the capability of being quite cruel himself, though this is an aspect I try to avoid unless he is threatened, it is part of the thread or asked for by an RP partner.
- Kurama manipulates plants. Generally, I will only have him discussing plants, but he is capable of using them as weapons and as armor.
- Kurama is at least 1000 years old. This means that, despite his young appearance, he is well aware of both the good and bad in all things and quite aware of adult topics. Please don't be surprised if he understands things beyond his "years."
- Depending on the source, it's implied Kurama has a sort of split personality. Youko, Kurama and Shuuichi all act vastly different and at least in the animation Shuuichi and Youko seem to communicate with one another. Eventually, Kurama even seems to decide that he doesn't wish Youko as a part of him and returns to Shuuichi. I play him with this oddly disjointed mind.
Also be aware you can drop a note here if you do not wish to be tagged in certain kinds/specific memes, but are okay with others.

Nov. 30th, 2020 07:32 pmIndeed it had been long enough that other kings had come and gone, though frequently that king seemed to be a friend of Raizen's, with exceptions in between. Which meant overall the rules put in place had remained the same and a sort of strange peace between the worlds continued.
It had also been long enough that a certain red-head, now without the human mother he had long tried to protect, had bowed out of human society by faking his own death and moving to a small place he had commissioned built on the land granted he and the others by Genkai in her passing.
Only a select few knew where he was, and although he returned to the Makai for herbs and seeds, to visit Hiei or participate in the King's Tournament, Kurama was content to remain with his books at his home in Human World, taking up the occasional hunt for a rogue demon, yet otherwise doing little else.
He'd also set the various land that had been given by Genkai with sensors to warn of any demon energy coming into it, and a special sensor for the fire demon who he had added an open air loft extension onto the house for, which meant he knew the moment Hiei crossed into the boundary of the forest.
Standing, Kurama moved to the door to wait for his guest, curious how amused his friend would be that he'd allowed his hair to grow longer, near to the length it had been as Youko, yet braided behind his back to keep it out of the way.

Nov. 28th, 2020 04:18 pm- Demonic/Devil Plant Manipulation: Kurama's primary skillset is the use of his demon energy to manipulate plants. Typically, this is done by taking some inert portion of a plant, like a seed or a flower, and transforming it into either a weapon or a living plant. When choosing the latter option, the plant will typically either be an intrinsically deadly plant native to the Demon World, or a Living World plant that has been drastically altered by Kurama's demon energy.
- Rose Whip: Kurama's signature technique, where he uses his demon energy to grow a rose from its seed state to its flowering state and then into a long thorny whip that's capable of cutting even through steel. With this he is able to conceal seeds of different plants with such stealth that the opponent doesn't realize it until it has already happened.
- Rose Whiplash: Kurama swiftly slashes the whip in multiple directions.
Ones he wasn't going to go into even in his head, instead focusing on a book he had decided to read down at the local park for a few hours, ignoring the usual looks and comments; girls making remarks about how cute he was, random passerby commenting on the size of the book he had chosen, and the occasional "girl or boy?" remark.
Most likely he wouldn't have bothered to move or pay attention until it got darker or he finished the book, except for the multiple boys who happened to walk by and just so happened to stand out, in part because five or six 3rd year high school students with a single 1st year was just strange, but because he could pick up on the underlying current of fear there.
Which lead Kurama to set his book down on the bench he was on, he doubted it would be stolen, and follow.
